For language acquisition it is necessary to take into account, that ,  language is made up of habits of verbal behaviors



The main concepts related to language acquisition and learning


Nowadays, there are a lot of concepts with relation to the acquisition and learning, also, there are

many authors, for example, Stephen Krashen's, Piaget, Vygotsky’s among others, however, language

acquisition is very important, because, everyone can communicate with other cultures and learn from

them to improve our language, the goal is to make known, concepts and issues for acquisition and

carry out this process of learning a second language, for example in English; The objective is to

 reflect and understand the theories that guide us to achieve an effective and efficient learning of said

 language from the horizon of the experiences of daily educational practice, however, everyone has to

 practice

Generally, language acquisition starts from childhood, children acquire English as their second

language, but, and this is implemented with the help of interrelation activities with the sociocultural

 environment, for example in the college, university, neighborhood, and family, it is necessary to take

into account, that, language is made up of habits of verbal behaviors, first, to develop the acquisition

, it is necessary to take in count, oral and written communication must be taken into account, for

 communicate with everyone and give solutions to problems with writing, for example, to do tests in

 the classroom.


 Another issue is communication skills, for example, here, everyone can develop language, skills, and

 language acquisition and learning, nevertheless, for improving it there are some theories as it says

 Krashen’s about The monitor hypothesis, everything starts when you start a conversation with the

 acquisition of the second language, this knowledge is acquired subconsciously, for example,

  learning vocabulary,  necessary consider grammar and practice pronunciation, they help us monitor

 and self – correct, for example, if we have some mistakes with our English learning we can self-

correct, them, develop listening and speaking skills in the best possible way, however, we must take

 into account the rules and grammar of the language that we are going to learn, for example, Krashen,

 S. (2009)page 16, Says “We can be sure that our students are exposed only to a small part of the total

 grammar of the language, and we know that even the best students do not learn every rule they are

exposed to”.

We conclude that our knowledge must be based on the different learning and language acquisition theories, take into account the linguist and other specialists to exchange with all methods and experiences on cognitive, social, cultural, meeting and psychological aspects to develop learning models and improve themselves with the application of information and communication technologies, however, the most important is the motivation of each students.
